Ensure quality and regulatory compliance across all construction activities on site, while coordinating between contractors and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
Organization and control of execution of general construction works in accordance with design documentation, building codes and regulations.
Checking the quality of materials, structures and work performed at the site.
Implementation of incoming control of design documentation, reports and estimates.
Coordination of interaction between the customer, contractors and designers.
Maintaining executive documentation and monitoring work completion deadlines.
Participation in the acceptance of completed works and verification of their compliance with established requirements.
Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards at the facility.
Requirements:
Higher education in construction (industrial and civil engineering, construction of buildings and structures).
Experience as a technical supervision engineer or in a similar position for at least 3 years.
Ability to work with design and executive documentation.
Skills in quality control of construction materials and works.
Excellent organizational skills, responsibility and attention to detail.
PC proficiency (AutoCAD, MS Office, specialized programs for accounting and control).
Possession of a valid certificate of completion of certification for construction supervision (desirable).
Availability of a certificate.
