Maintain and optimize critical mining equipment. Conduct diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out maintenance, repair and diagnostics of mining equipment (excavators, drilling rigs, quarry dump trucks, etc.).
Analysis of the causes of malfunctions and implementation of measures to prevent them.
Development and implementation of maintenance and preventive inspection plans.
Monitoring compliance with technical standards and equipment operating rules.
Maintaining technical documentation, including reports on completed work and spare parts consumption.
Participation in the modernization and implementation of new technologies to improve equipment performance.
Interaction with suppliers of equipment and spare parts.
Training of personnel in the rules of operation and maintenance of equipment.
Requirements:
Higher technical education (mechanics, mining equipment or related specialties).
Experience as a mechanical engineer for mining equipment for at least 6 years.
Deep knowledge of operating principles, design features and technical characteristics of mining equipment.
Ability to read technical documentation and drawings.
Analysis and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibility, attentiveness and willingness to work under increased stress.
Knowledge of modern diagnostic and repair methods.
