Lead planning and oversight of mining operations. Ensure safe, efficient extraction aligned with design and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
Planning, coordination and control of mining operations at the site.
Ensuring that mining operations comply with design requirements and regulatory standards.
Conducting an analysis of rock massifs and assessing the conditions for safe development of the deposit.
Participation in the development and implementation of new methods and technologies of mining operations.
Interacting with geologists, technologists and other specialists to improve production efficiency.
Monitoring the condition of equipment and ensuring its safe operation.
Maintaining technical documentation and preparing reports on completed work.
Ensuring compliance with safety, health and environmental standards on site.
Requirements:
Higher education in mining.
At least 6 years of experience in the mining industry.
Knowledge of open pit and/or underground mining methods.
Ability to analyze and solve technical problems.
Experience with modern mining equipment and planning and design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Surpac, Micromine).
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and organizational skills.
Commitment to safety and environmental standards.
Knowledge of Turkish or English will be an advantage.
