Our operations are supported by a modern mining fleet comprising more than 30 units of heavy equipment supplied by Hitachi, Komatsu, and Epiroc, together with over 100 Mercedes-Benz Arocs haul trucks.

Construction required more than 8,000 tonnes of structural steel, approximately 7,000 tonnes of reinforcing steel, around 60,000 cubic metres of concrete, over 300,000 metres of electrical cable, and approximately 50,000 metres of pipeline systems.

Power is supplied through a dedicated 110 kV transmission line, while electrical switchgear has been provided by ABB, a global leader in electrification and automation technologies.

Particular attention has been given to the design and construction of the Tailings Storage Facility, one of the project’s most critical infrastructure assets. The facility was engineered by INR Consulting and Engineering (Inc.).

Geomembrane installation was completed by GIDROKOR Kazakhstan, while leak detection and integrity testing were carried out by Sensor Geomembrane Sealing Technologies.

The Tailings Storage Facility extends up to 920 metres in length, 750 metres in width, and 80 metres in depth, with a total storage capacity of 21.17 million cubic metres.
